Food & Bev / B2B Services / Outside B2B Sales / Hospitality | Charlotte | NC | $155,000 Client Relationship Ownership : Serve as the single point of contact for strategic clients, managing the entire relationship lifecycle, addressing complaints and accolades, and building deep, trusted relationships. Operational Oversight & Performance Management : Oversee the execution of hard and soft services across multiple client sites, ensure compliance with contract terms, track and report on KPIs, and present performance metrics to clients. Strategic Growth and Innovation : Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within client portfolios through upsell/cross-sell, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and represent the company as a strategic partner adding tangible value.
Requirements: 5+ years of B2B sales, account management or customer success experience in
facilities management
services space. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a client-facing role, capable of owning the entire client relationship, acting as a strategic liaison, and proactively solving problems for key accounts. Proven track record of developing and executing national sales strategies, managing large accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Location: This is a Hybrid work environment for candidates located in the Greater Charlotte, NC Area but remote candidates will also be considered.
