Douglas Manor, a 90-bed family-owned skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, is excited to announce openings for Certified Nursing Assistants. We offer a welcoming and supportive work environment where your contributions matter!
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 for Full-Time, $1,000.00 for Part-Time
CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, basic care to residents and assist them in their daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., ensuring information is descriptive and informative.
- Observe residents closely and report any changes in their conditions to nursing staff.
CNA Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CT C.N.A certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Job Summary:
The primary objective of your role is to provide personalized daily nursing care and services to your assigned residents according to their assessments and care plans as directed by your supervisors.
