JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Rep to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will be qualifying, selling, and closing new business for kitchen and bath renovations through in-home visits with clients. You will bring a strong consultative approach to engaging prospective customers to understand their goals and tailor offerings to meet their specific renovation needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This is not a hunter role; all appointments are pre-set by the company and sales representatives will be going to people's homes to take the meetings and sell their bathroom/kitchen renovation services. · Conduct in-home appointments for homeowners, presenting the company's offering for kitchen and bath remodeling projects. · Manage a robust pipeline of leads, effectively prioritizing and progressing them through a full cycle sales funnel from qualification to closing. · Qualify leads and determine customer motivation, offering solutions and support. · Master the art of the sale by understanding residential kitchen and bath renovation basics and the company value proposition. · Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales quota. · Continuously offer insights on the sales process and identify areas for improvements. REQUIREMENTS · 3+ years of experience in sales. · Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County. · Fulfilling a calendar of weekly appointments that are preset and qualified. · Comfort with reaching out to leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, text, etc.) · Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships/initiatives at the same time, including a weekly volume of in-home appointments. · Customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work weekdays and some weekends hours to best support company's customers. · Hustle, ambition, and drive to hit and exceed goals. · Flexibility to adapt to changes as our business grows and develops. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · General interest in homeowner design renovations, construction, and design. · Nice to have: HIS Certification. The company will assist in obtaining this certification if the candidate does not currently hold it. COMPENSATION & EARNINGS · Commission Structure: Average of 9% per sale (ranging from 7% to 12%, depending on sale type) · Average Deal Size: $40,000 for bathroom renovations, $75,000 for kitchen renovations · Training & Onboarding Stipend: $800 per week for the first three weeks This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions. Top-performing sales reps regularly exceed $200,000 annually based on closed revenue. WORKING CONDITIONS · Will support in-home appointments with homeowners throughout each week. · Additional remote work will be needed to manage the pre-appointment process. · Daily travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County areas will be required. (Mileage Reimbursement: Provided by the company). · Transportation cost will be covered as follows: 40-mile round trip flat rate paid per appointment (40 x $0.70 = $28 per appointment). Can submit any overage for total miles for the month above this average for additional reimbursement. Short trips under 40 miles, they will receive the 40-mile allowance of $28. · This is a full-time position ideally. · Part-time possibilities offered (minimum 20 hours per week; needs to be able to commit to in-home calendar appointments).
