Mining Engineer – Cement Industry
???? Martinsburg, WV | ???? $100K–$140K
Join a modern construction materials company as a Mining Engineer , supporting daily operations and long-term planning at a major quarry site. You’ll ensure safe, efficient production while driving mine optimization, compliance, and performance. Cement Manufacturing and Process is a Real Plus!
nn???? Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily mining operations and MSHA compliance n
- Develop short- and long-term mine plans n
- Manage mine production tracking, monthly mapping, and reporting n
- Optimize resources (manpower, fuel, equipment, etc.) n
- Supervise operators and contractors n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and material quality monitoring n
- Conduct inspections and support site reliability/maintenance n
???? Requirements:
n- n
- Bachelor’s in Mining, Geology, or Engineering n
- 3–6 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry (cement, steel, lime, etc.) n
- Strong planning, supervision, and technical skills n
- Experience with CMMS and mine mapping n
