Information Technology Manager - Intermediate

The role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of computer hardware and software systems, managing IT staff, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technology infrastructure is up-to-date and functional. This manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships throughout the organization. Responsibilities: Overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems and networks Managing and directing IT staff, including hiring and training employees Ensuring information security and data protection measures are implemented and maintained Collaborating with other departments to assess and prioritize technology needs Recommending and implementing new hardware and software solutions Developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures Troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to make informed decisions Providing technical support and guidance to employees and clients as needed Requirements: HS diploma + 4 years' experience, or AA/AS, or BA/BS in Cyber Security or related field Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one IAM II certification (CASP, CISM, or equivalent) at hire If you thrive on solving complex problems and building meaningful connections, we'd love to hear from you.
