This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Senior Software Engineer - Integrations position is responsible for the technical design, development, support and continuous improvement of our enterprise integration services using Oracle Integration Cloud Platform (OIC) and other integration technologies. The individual in this position will work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
What You Will Do at Graco
Technical Leadership
Execute all integration-related tasks throughout the software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation for enterprise integration services.
Design and develop integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and messaging systems.
Define and document best practices for integration patterns, data transformation, error handling, and system resiliency.
Ensure compliance with security, SOX, and other regulatory requirements
Ensure all programming, design, production governance, data validation and quality control standards are met
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate extensively with product teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise platforms (e.g., middleware, reporting tools, third-party systems).
Partners with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and improve integration solutions
What You Will Bring to Graco
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of overall IT experience with a with a focus on system integrations
3+ years of hands-on experience with OIC iPaaS in a technical capacity
Development and working knowledge of information security principles, authentication and authorization methods, data pipelines, CI/CD, Observability.
Proficient in APIs, Events handling, Workflow, and APIs.
Experience with integrations using tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware platforms.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Accelerators
Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises architectures.
Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or related cloud technologies.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, Unix Shell Scripting
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Flex Deploy).
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Machine Learning Algorithms
Knowledge on CLEO Cloud Integration Connector (CIC) for EDI processing/mappings is preferred.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. $93,800.00 - $164,200.00
