Responsibilities
Provides supervision, training, and direct assistance based on each person's service plan. Promotes positive behaviors and interactions with all people receiving services.
Qualifications
Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the New York State Department of Education. One year of related experience. Applicants may be subject to a clearance check from New York State Child Abuse Registry. Must meet LAI's VEHICLE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.

Rochester, NY.
Hours
40 hours/week.
Schedule
Monday:
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Tuesday:
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Wednesday:
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Thursday:
7:30 am 4:00 pm
Friday:
7:30 am 4:30 pm
Staff meeting once a month.
