Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer (W2 only) Location: HYBRID – Austin, TX TX Locals Only Preferred Duration: 12+ Months Contract PeopleSoft Developer with at least 9+ years of relevant experience. LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Confers with personnel involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as data forms and report formats. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or changes are feasible within existing systems. The candidate must have experience implementing
PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable
and
Billing modules . Must excel in gathering requirements, conducting
fit-gap analysis , and mapping data to and from legacy and third-party systems. The qualified candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with a large remote team. Other duties include documentation, hands-on testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. Some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.
