DPR Construction is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) – Architecture & Development team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. Expertise in platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. You will also design, build, and support integrations between enterprise systems using technologies like Boomi or custom integrations, execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the software development lifecycle of your team. Strong communication skills, deep understanding of enterprise systems, and mentoring abilities are essential to drive innovation and optimize our infrastructure. Responsibilities : Partner with business stakeholders to clarify, refine, and guide initiatives impacting enterprise platforms, including tradeoff analysis. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Develop and maintain process and architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Perform proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex implementations for seamless integration and performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and secure. Organize training to enhance team expertise. Set coding standards and conduct code reviews. Guide and support IT developers working with platforms like Workday, CMIC, Cosential, and integration tools. Mentor team members and promote collaboration. Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to best practices. Assess business needs and define technical requirements with management. Communicate technical details effectively to stakeholders. Present solutions and project updates to senior management. Secure stakeholder feedback and address risks throughout projects. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect 7+ years experience with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics 5+ years working with relational databases 3+ years hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including integration Proven leadership or mentoring experience for at least 5 years 3+ years experience with integration platforms like Boomi, Jitterbit, or Workato Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience with containerized solutions Ability to produce technical documentation and diagrams Understanding of data security and compliance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Desired Qualifications : Knowledge of finance processes within ERP systems Relevant certifications such as Workday Certified Integration Developer, Oracle Certified Professional, or Dynamics Solutions Architect Data governance experience Construction industry experience or similar Work Conditions: Prolonged sitting or standing at a computer Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally Occasional domestic travel via airplane This is a hybrid role with most work from home, requiring attendance at key meetings at the local DPR office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
