The Role
The Multnomah Athletic Club is seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our HR team as an
HRIS Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), support process improvement, and help shape the employee experience through technology.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day HRIS activities, maintain accurate employee data, and support HR reporting and workflows. You'll also have the opportunity to get creative-developing new processes, improving system functionality, and becoming the go-to resource for HRIS support across the organization.
What You'll Do
Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and confidentiality and create and run reports to support HR and business needs. Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions and issues from employees and managers. Assist in streamlining and automating HR processes within the HRIS platform. Help design and document system workflows, templates, and user guides. Collaborate with HR team members to support activities such as onboarding, benefits, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for system improvements and partner with HR leadership to implement solutions. Support system updates, testing, and rollout of new features. What You'll Bring
1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or systems-support role (HRIS experience is a plus but not required). Strong interest in HR systems, data, and process improvement. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new technologies. Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Self-starter with a willingness to learn, solve problems, and make processes better. What You'll Gain
