Lead Technical Product Manager
to focus on developer-facing products and other technical initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering teams, our API strategy group, and the broader Product & Engineering organization. Depending on your expertise, your focus will be on either frontend or backend developer products. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, PR, and Business Development to ensure a cohesive strategy for delivering excellent developer experiences. Our platform is used by tens of thousands of developers globally, processing billions of dollars in merchant revenue annually. What you’ll do:
Become an expert on our developer community and advocate for their needs. Gather inputs from stakeholders across the organization. Define and communicate business outcomes and performance metrics. Lead your teams—developers, designers, engineers—towards your vision with effective delivery. Break down complex projects into smaller, value-adding iterations. Prepare detailed Epics & Stories for development. Explain story details to development teams through organized meetings. Collaborate with Product Design to prototype new features. Validate new functionalities with customers before development. Demonstrate new features to stakeholders and customers. Analyze the product and propose improvements. Use data to measure impact and optimize performance. Who you are:
5+ years in a hands-on technical product management role. Expertise in frontend or backend developer needs in ecommerce or similar. Strong technical background in software development processes. Proficient in API analysis, feature prioritization, and trade-offs. Excellent communication skills for complex technical info. Familiar with REST and GraphQL APIs. Experience with SCRUM Agile methodologies. Passionate about next-generation ecommerce products. Experience with platform artifacts, services, APIs, frameworks. Customer-focused, data-driven decision maker. Ability to develop and break down long-term plans.
