Job Summary
WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for proactive, detail-oriented candidates to join our growing company as a Reverse Logistics Drop Ship Coordinator within our Reverse Logistics Department. The Reverse Logistics DS Coordinator will be responsible for processing and resolving DS products returned to our distribution centers or vendors' facilities through the returns portal. They will investigate and retrieve outstanding credit memos from our vendors and work closely with the DS Specialist and relevant teams to ensure accurate crediting while maintaining ideal processing timeframes. Remote Work Qualifications Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks. Access to a home router and modem. A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible). A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment. As a
Reverse Logistics Drop Ship Coordinator , you will: Maintain DS returns queues while successfully achieving ideal resolution timeframes Communicate with vendors to retrieve outstanding credit memos Investigate returns and credit memos to ensure accurate accounting and crediting Contact customers via email to resolve DS returns when necessary Process customer credits in a timely manner Independently make decisions on customer return resolution Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, and improve the customer experience Collaborate with all relevant teams to ensure resolution accuracy and customer satisfaction Serve as an expert point of contact for Drop Ship returns and stay up-to-date with all tools, systems, and process changes Physical Requirements Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs. Qualifications Experience Past industry experience is helpful but not required for this role. Computer Literate Education This role does not require a degree.
