** Join Our Team at K Resources! ** Mid-to-Sr. Electrical Engineer, PE / PM Are you a Mid-to-Senior Electrical Engineer with a passion for project management? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Houston, Texas (near Katy, TX), focusing on MEP projects with a special emphasis on Commercial and Healthcare sectors. ** Roles and Responsibilities: ** - Lead design projects and mentor junior engineers and designers. - Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver innovative electrical engineering solutions in sectors like commercial, healthcare, industrial, aviation, and more. - Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations using CAD and BIM platforms. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. - Review construction documents and support administration during and after construction. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and sustainability practices in the electrical field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, analyze, and implement electrical systems for various projects. - Conduct lighting calculations, short-circuit analysis, and voltage drop studies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs. - Assist in project proposals, report writing, and client presentations. **Qualifications and Skills:** - 7-10+ years of experience in electrical design. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design tools.
