Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary:
Starting at $90,000, dependent on experience Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Role: This role exists to effectively lead and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, estimating, and overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities: Estimate project costs and develop proposals Develop and manage project schedules Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure successful execution Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships Implement and enforce proactive safety planning and execution on all projects Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors Coordinate effectively with field forces and site teams Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability Identify opportunities to grow the book of business with new and existing clients Respond quickly and effectively to requests from field associates and client needs Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards Prepare and present project status reports Electrical Estimator/Project Manager Reporting Relationships: The Electrical Project Manager will lead project teams and may have direct reports depending on their level of experience and the scope of assigned projects. About You: Possess five plus years of industrial electrical experience, preferably with a construction company in Northeast Ohio Demonstrate significant experience in Industrial Electrical projects or numerous large-scale Commercial projects Exhibit proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Accubid Show the ability to bid and manage work from the conceptual stage through completion Maintain a working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications Have a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Maintain a proactive approach to safety and quality Display the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Next Steps: If you are a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing industrial or large commercial electrical projects, we would like to hear from you.
