Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a Superintendent (Steel, Electrical, Drywall, Facility Management) Divisions to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all field operation teams in our Commercial construction projects.
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning, budgeting, employee scheduling, implementation, quality assurance reporting.
Ensure allocated financial project budget are met
Interface with job-site superintendents, foreman, customer project managers, contractors
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city, county officials, and clients
Strong employee/sub-contractor leadership skills
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Accountability
Multi-task skills
Previous experience in construction leadership/management or other related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with construction management software
Must know Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point,
Knowledge of software systems: Plan Grid, Blue Beam, Raken Jobsite Management System,
Must be self-motivated & punctual
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
