You will be the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), supporting the Tactical Missiles Line of Business (TM LOB). Our team is responsible for designing and developing products that can survive electromagnetic environmental effects, and you will play a key role in ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI) of our products. What you will be doing As the E3 Engineer, you will be responsible for designing products to withstand electromagnetic environmental effects and owning the E3 lifecycle of products from development through production. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and shaping program requirements based on E3 design guidelines and best practices Collaborating with a multi-disciplined team of engineers, including electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical engineers Interfacing with supplier and customer representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination Leading the setup and execution of EMC test events in accordance with MIL-STD-461/464 test standards, including instrumentation and test fixturing Analyzing and compiling test event data to ensure designs meet requirements, in coordination with Integrated Test and Evaluation (ITE) Why join us We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced E3 Engineer to join our team.
