We are seeking a
Board-Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician
for a
full-time
position with Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS). The work schedule includes at least
120 hours of coverage per month . The position offers cross-credentialing at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth locations, night stipends, no call, no lottery, and preferred scheduling for Nocturnists. Emergency Department Details
IEMS provides emergency services at four UChicago Medicine AdventHealth locations: Glen Oaks Medical Center, Hinsdale Medical Center, La Grange Medical Center, and Bolingbrook Medical Center. All sites operate 24/7/365, staffed with board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. They are trauma level II, use Cerner EMR, and have excellent backup and support staff. Statistics by Location
Glen Oaks Medical Center : ~23,000 visits/year, 19 ER beds, 21,000 sq ft ED Hinsdale Medical Center : ~27,000 visits/year, 26 ER beds, Family Medicine residency onsite La Grange Medical Center : ~32,000 visits/year, 24 ER beds, Family Medicine residency onsite Bolingbrook Medical Center : ~38,500 visits/year, 19 ER beds Partnership & Facilities
