Quarterly and Annual Bonuses Excellent Legal Support available, you need only focus on being lawyer duties Focus on Class Action Wage & Hour cases Attend depositions; draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery issues, dispositive motions and trial preparation. Communicate with outside parties such as attorneys, employers, law enforcement agents, administrative agencies, etc. as needed. Collaboration with other attorneys and support staff as needed Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case developments as needed. Managing all aspects of cases, ensuring all deadlines are met, staying organized and multi-tasking to achieve priorities in a fast-paced environment. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Washington 3 + years practicing Plaintiff Employment Law with Class Action Wage & Hour experience Paying up to $250k per annum dependant on experience.
