We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient endocrinology practice. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in managing diabetes and endocrine disorders and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our Central Oregon community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and hormonal imbalances. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care. Educate patients on disease management and preventive health strategies.
Benefit Highlights:
Schedule: 36 patient hours over a 4-day workweek Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually Sign-On Bonus & Loan Repayment: Up to $30,000 Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), CME stipend, paid time off, and malpractice coverage Call Schedule: No call responsibilities
