8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, JSM, JWM, and Confluence, including configuration and customization. Configure, support, and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules to expand Atlassian stack capabilities. Build customized dashboards for JIRA. Ensure timely and cost-effective implementation. Expertise in implementing Atlassian plugins. Experience in JIRA performance tuning, database optimization, troubleshooting. Experience with JIRA analytics is a plus. Experience Preferred
