Job Title: Senior Director of Engineering

Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties: Collaborate with a team of analog circuit design engineers to develop innovative and high-performance analog circuits, manage technical integrations, and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Define project scope, requirements, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to meet the product development objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Offer guidance on creating analog and mixed-signal designs, test plans, electrical and timing analyses, and optimizing floor plans for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, system engineering, and product management, to ensure the seamless integration of analog circuits into overall system architectures. Review and approve analog circuit designs, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost targets. Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to identify and mitigate potential issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design methodologies, processes, and tools. Identify hurdles, find solutions, and execute plans to meet target specifications and schedules. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in analog circuit design. Define and formulate the architecture development plan, specify block specific parameters and define the chip level functional, design, timing requirements and design parameter goals. Define block-level design and verification requirements, along with timelines and deliverables for the team. Work closely with the engineering team to identify the changes needed to the architecture. Oversee and guide the technical engineers and the team in designing the modules to meet the target specification. Define sub module specifications based on the system-level specification. Work closely with the team to approve design improvements. Develop and use system-level noise models for evaluation of system-level trade-offs. Work with Design and Systems engineering to develop a validation plan that covers the functionality and timing requirements of a chip based on specifications.

Job Requirements: Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), CIS, MIS, or any related field + 3 years of experience in the job offered, Manager, Hardware Engineer, Architect, or related. Must be able to travel to client sites throughout the US as per company needs.

Salary Range: $204,901.00/Year to $206,000.00/Year
