The Process Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers and supervisors responsible for process engineering assignments related to designing equipment, components, structures, or systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Lead and supervise engineering staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards. Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. Prepare project estimates, schedules, and resource allocations. Participate in risk management and safety programs. Hire, evaluate, and develop engineering staff. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering; PE license required. Minimum of 20 years of industry experience, including large project leadership. Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., HYSYS, ProMax) preferred. Strong decision-making, communication, and project management skills. **This job is active and accepting applications.**
