TechSIGINT Subject Matter Expert

This role supports global TechSIGINT and ELINT mission areas, contributing to the advancement of national intelligence capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop accurate signal chronologies and assess relationships among associated signals
Provide tuning feedback to enhance ELINT tasking and improve automated ELINT reporting
Create or update entries in national ELINT databases (e.g., CED - Combined Emitter Database)
Analyze diverse data sets and produce cohesive, standards-compliant ELINT products in alignment with current SIGINT reporting guidance (e.g., USSIDs AP2410 and CR1400)
Incorporate advanced analytical techniques such as range/velocity corridor plots, MTI (Moving Target Indicator) interpretation, bistatic reflection analysis, P³ measurements (power, pattern, polarization) and new signal identification across SIGINT formats
Apply signal analysis tools and procedures to precisely measure ELINT parameters (i.e. Radio frequency, Pulse duration, Inter/intrapulse modulation or Scan types)
Conduct interpretive analysis of defense and commercial technologies using ELINT characteristics to infer weapons system capabilities
Serve as a domain expert in areas such as missile systems, airborne and maritime radars, electronic attack systems, space surveillance and identification
Advise government technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts across TechSIGINT disciplines
Demonstrate and apply advanced techniques, including, algorithm reverse engineering, scan/beam pattern analysis, radar processing exploitation or command signal reconstruction
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science; an additional 4 years might be substituted for a degree
15+ years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time
Frequently operates standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers
Regular communication with team members, leadership, and customers, including potential presentations
