Director of Information Technology
to lead a core component of our Technology Modernization Program with a specific focus on
data strategy, analytics enablement, and dashboard transformation . This strategic leader will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide innovation and guiding the organization toward a
prescriptive, data-driven culture
that improves outcomes and performance across departments-especially in
Value-Based Care (VBC) .
We're looking for a
hands-on modernizer -a leader who understands the intricacies of enterprise data platforms and reporting while also managing a high-performing team and leading with strategic clarity. This role is ideal for someone energized by turning complex analytics into actionable, forward-thinking solutions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution: Lead and participate in Duly's multi-year Technology Modernization Program Set a clear strategic vision for enterprise data delivery and reporting excellence Translate business goals-especially those tied to VBC-into actionable IT deliverables Balance hands-on execution with approximately 1-1.5 hours/day of people leadership and 1-1.5 hours/day of business partner engagement
Enterprise Data & Analytics Solutions: Identify, design, and implement modern enterprise-wide data solutions including: Operational Data Stores (ODS) Data Lakes and Data Warehouses ETL platforms and data integration services Power BI and other visualization/reporting tools Advanced analytics (AI, ML, NLP, predictive modeling) Analytic Process Automation (APA) Modernize reporting dashboards to move from passive metrics to
target-driven, prescriptive insights Lead initiatives that reduce cognitive load for business users by automating decisions and highlighting next steps based on KPIs Manage a blended team of internal analysts and developers, plus on/off-shore consulting partners
People & Process Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team (4-5 direct reports) within the data analytics function Foster a supportive and growth-focused environment for skill development and performance Build operational alignment across business users, clinical teams, and executive leadership
Architecture & Operations: Guide the evolution of the enterprise analytics architecture to align with strategic business needs Use KPIs and data governance practices to drive accountability, automation, and standardization Lead dashboard design evaluation efforts-defining what separates "good" from "bad" dashboards
Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay informed on the latest healthcare analytics trends, BI capabilities, and tooling advancements Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions that elevate data literacy and adoption
Customer-Centered Thinking: Partner closely with business and VBC stakeholders to translate analytical insights into outcomes Incorporate end-user feedback and usage data into continuous improvement of dashboards and platforms
Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred 7-10+ years of IT leadership experience with a focus on enterprise analytics and data strategy Deep familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and other modern reporting tools Experience modernizing legacy data systems and transforming analytics into prescriptive dashboards Strong understanding of value-based care principles, population health metrics, and healthcare cost-control strategies Skilled in managing analytics teams and cross-functional business partnerships Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65-$203,792.37, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
