Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica MDM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain MDM, Customer 360, or Product 360). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Informatica MDM architecture, data modelling, integration, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM solutions to meet business data management needs. Develop and lead MDM architecture strategies, roadmaps, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to define MDM requirements. Define and manage data governance and data quality rules within the MDM ecosystem. Lead the implementation and customization of Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, SIF, match/merge rules, and user exits. Design and optimize data models and workflows within the MDM platform. Oversee data integration activities using Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or similar tools. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization of the MDM solution. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to MDM developers and analysts. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies. Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data management with at least 5+ years specifically in Informatica MDM architecture. Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, SIF, Entity 360, or Customer 360. Proficiency in data modelling, metadata management, match/merge logic, and hierarchy management. Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and ETL (PowerCenter or IICS) tools. Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, and master data lifecycle. Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages. Familiarity with integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, or cloud-native approaches. Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Informatica MDM Certifications. Experience with Customer 360 Insights, MDM SaaS, or Multidomain MDM on cloud. Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
