Human Resources announces an opening for the position of Information Systems Analyst in the Office of Enterprise Solutions. This is a full-time twelve-month position, Grade E-10, with a salary range of $81,522-$133,617. Responsibilities
Maintain and support the school systems Student Information System and other student-centric information systems. Develop specifications for configuration changes and reports based on departmental needs. Test modifications to ensure functionality before implementation. Support and develop training materials; deliver training on system functionality. Create data reports and support other student data applications like the APS data warehouse and APSNet. Configure and modify Student Centric applications to meet business requirements. Develop functional and report specifications for various departments. Provide user support and training. Write simple SQL data reports and extracts. Test patches, modifications, and updates thoroughly before deployment. Act as liaison between user groups; influence system design and development. Review system updates for impact; recommend improvements. Create and maintain documentation. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Instructional Technologies, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Two years of experience supporting or implementing student-centric applications. Preferred: Experience working in a K-12 environment. Knowledge of Instructional functions and student data reporting. Experience with Student Information Systems and SQL is desirable. Strong problem-solving, support, and training skills. Application Process
