The Software Engineer 2 - Full Stack will work on Sysdig's Secure and Monitor Products, collaborating with product and design teams to define features and solve complex problems in a distributed system. Responsibilities: • Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering you will be part of a team of expert developers working on Sysdig's Secure and Monitor Products. • You will collaborate with colleagues in product and design to define feature specifications and timelines. • You will solve challenging problems about integrations, scalability and performance in a complex distributed system, to build reliable components. • You will be part of an amazing team, where the primary goal for everybody is to work together to build the best product we can. • Participate in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issue. Qualifications: Required: • At least 2 years of professional experience working in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to technical and product discussions • Interest in working full-stack and some experience with a modern frontend framework like React • Experience building microservice-based RESTful APIs • Experience with Golang and/or Java preferable Preferred: • Experience operating in Kubernetes and Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferable Company: The leader in cloud security powered by runtime insights Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a team of 501-1000 employees.
