Loan Operations Processor

The Loan Operations Processor supports all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans (HELOC/BLOC) and credit cards. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Loan Ops Processor possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure. The Loan Ops Processor brings direct experience in the area of loan servicing and is willing to support teammates so that the entire group succeeds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meets productivity goals within established time frames (measured by Service Level Agreements and/or OE).
• Provides excellent customer service and meets quality/accuracy standards (measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, error reports).
• Lives our company values, embraces change and ensures an inclusive, positive work climate.
• Responsible for assessing risk and complies with all policies and procedures.

Areas of responsibility include: performing various types of maintenance on accounts, reviewing set up requests and booking credit card accounts, completing daily reports, and maintaining compliance with policy and procedures.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of various consumer or commercial loan documents, procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Familiarity with loan and servicing systems such as FDR, ARX, BPM and SharePoint.

• To handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• To work with little supervision but know when to ask for help.
• To maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates.
• To take a systematic approach to organizing work.
• To coach and train others.

• Ability to identify the root cause of a servicing issue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong keyboarding / data entry ability.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with some operations experience.
• Experience preferred in financial industry or consumer or commercial lending.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
