The Manufacturing Technician is a hands-on role within our Supply Chain Operations team, focused on the testing and configuration of Datto hardware and software. This is a production-focused position requiring attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities
Inspect and configure components based on work orders and Bills of Materials (BOM). Identify and report non-conforming assemblies and components. Adhere to Invoice/Replacement SLAs and ensure timely imaging and labeling of stock appliances. Manage monthly server order requirements efficiently. Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters (dykes), and drill guns. Follow all operational procedures, safety rules, and company regulations. Support other departments and work overtime as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. CompTIA A+ Certification preferred. Familiarity with computer hardware and intermediate computer navigation skills. Strong time management, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret basic documentation. High attention to detail and self-motivation. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
