Construction-Environmental Administrative Coordinator TTI Environmental, Inc. (TTI)
Location: Moorestown, New Jersey (In-Person) TTI Environmental, Inc. is seeking a
Construction-Environmental Administrative Coordinator
to support the environmental construction and contracting group. This is an in-person position at our Moorestown, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support for construction or environmental contracting projects.
Administrative Coordinator Position Responsibilities The Administrative Coordinator will manage pre-construction activities, contracts, procurement, subcontractor coordination, reporting, expense management, and project closeout for TTI’s Construction and Contracting Division. Key duties include: Contracts document management Management of project drawings and specifications Vendor and supplier setup and commitments Subcontractor contracts management Transitioning projects from pre-construction to the management team Site access and security clearance processing Completing regulatory filings and reports Client invoice preparation, payment applications, and value schedule development Proposal and bid document management Organizing and scheduling project kickoff and departmental meetings Contract change management Managing surety requirements, closeout, and reporting Generating monthly project reports Managing employee training and certifications Verifying payment applications Providing project closeout documents (e.g., warranties, O&M manuals, closeout reports) Assisting with onboarding and support for new staff Other duties as assigned Administrative Coordinator Skills and Qualifications Highly motivated, quick learner, and proactive team member with a positive attitude Experience with
ProCore Construction Management Software
preferred High proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and
