Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the Environmental and Safety Coordinator. The candidate will perform various administrative environmental and safety duties, ensuring compliance with OSHA, PESH, DOTOSH, OECA, and DEP policies. Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining safety records, incident reports, training records, and program evaluations. Investigating safety incidents and implementing corrective measures. Collaborating with departments to ensure safety standards are followed. Reviewing and organizing tank compliance reports and updating inventory spreadsheets. Assisting with environmental and safety service scheduling, invoice review, and environmental plan reviews (SPCC, SWPPP). Conducting site visits for hazardous waste compliance and coordinating disposals. Coordinating annual hearing tests. Overseeing the Safety Boot Program and pest control operations, including contract management and site visits. Applicants must be serving permanently as an Associate Project Manager, have filed, passed, and be reachable on Exam #3110, or be eligible under the 55a program. Proof must be provided. Minimum Qualifications
One year of full-time supervisory experience in project management related to engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, construction, or urban planning, and one of the following: A baccalaureate degree in a relevant field plus one year of project management experience, or A high school diploma plus five years of relevant experience, or A combination of education and experience equivalent to five years, with additional credits for college coursework, master's degrees, or professional licenses. Additional supervisory or project management experience in large or complex projects is required for higher assignment levels. Additional Information
