Deliver exceptional medical care to hospitalized pediatric and adult patients in a 50 / 50 inpatient role. Collaborate with diverse teams of subspecialists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Work with dedicated nurses and support staff in both pediatric and adult care settings. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide collaborative programs. Provide bedside education and mentorship to residents. Explore opportunities to develop new training programs, lectureships, and leadership roles. Position Profile :
Board certified / eligible Med-Peds physician (Med-Peds residency or similar training required). Pediatric Hospital Medicine - flexible scheduling with 10-12-hour shifts. Robust subspecialty support, including 24 / 7 in-house specialists in Pediatrics, PICU, CVICU, NICU, and Adult Closed ICUs. Full-time role with 120 hours / month, split at 60 hours between two departments. Comprehensive Meditech EMR system.
