We are seeking an experienced
EMR Developer
with a strong background in
Epic OpTime ,
SQL programming , and
Clarity reporting
to support a large Eastern USA hospital system. Highly prefer candidates that are EST or Central Time Zones. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain
Clarity reports
and data extracts from
Epic OpTime
modules to support OR analytics and operational decision-making. Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, and reporting needs across perioperative services. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in
SQL Server
to support data analysis and reporting. Participate in the development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards using tools compatible with Clarity/Caboodle. Provide technical support for existing reports and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with analysts, developers, and end-users. Translate Epic data structures into usable datasets aligned with business requirements and compliance standards. Maintain best practices in code documentation, testing, version control, and change management. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience
as an EMR/Healthcare Data Developer or Analyst. Bachelor's degree preferred Seniority level
