Responsibilities include assessing, planning, configuring, implementing, maintaining, and documenting business intelligence applications. Create, review, and distribute analytics content for end users and third-party applications requiring EMR data. Apply knowledge of BI strategies, enterprise database schemas, data sources, ETL processes, dimensional modeling, data mining, predictive analysis, data quality, report development, and data visualization. The role requires the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, accuracy, adaptability to changing situations, and effective communication with diverse individuals. Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures is mandatory. Education/License/Experience Requirements:
Two years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles Technical skills aligned with Benefis' architecture, including SQL Server and Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SharePoint, Power BI) Completion of required coursework and EMR certification within three months of start date Preferred experience with healthcare EMR systems and healthcare-related roles Additional Details:
