Passionate EHR Recruiter aligning perfect people with perfect opportunities

Our client is seeking a skilled Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst for a full time, mostly remote opportunity. You will support a focused Perioperative Process Improvement initiative. This role involves close collaboration with both clinical teams and internal analysts to evaluate, optimize, and enhance perioperative workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Epic OpTime and Anesthesia certification (must be current)
• Proven experience in perioperative process improvement and clinical optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of Epic workflows, particularly within surgical and anesthesia environments
• Expertise in workflow analysis , gap identification , and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with perioperative clinical staff and IT analysts to assess and improve existing surgical workflows within the Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules.
• Conduct workflow assessments , gap analyses , and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization across the surgical and anesthesia care continuum.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into actionable system enhancements and configuration adjustments.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of recommended system and workflow changes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation to ensure alignment between technical and clinical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a pediatric perioperative setting is a significant plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
