Head of Digital Value Creation

This pivotal role will be responsible for driving innovative strategies that maximize client ROI, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure the ongoing optimization and effectiveness of the agency's digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience working with
private equity-backed brands or mid-market sized companies , understanding their unique growth challenges and opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of data analytics, and exceptional leadership skills. This individual will be instrumental in shaping clients' digital futures and cementing the agency's position as a leader in the digital advertising landscape, particularly for businesses poised for rapid scaling and strategic transformation.
Head of Digital Value Creation
Responsibilities: Digital Value Creation Strategy Development:
Define, develop, and implement comprehensive digital value creation strategies for private equity portfolios and mid-market brands, aligned to revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and risk reduction. Private Equity Partnership Enablement:
Serve as the primary digital operating partner for PE firms, translating investment theses into actionable digital roadmaps and measurable value creation initiatives. Portfolio Company Acceleration:
Champion with team leads on digital audits, scorecards, and opportunity mapping for portfolio companies to identify quick wins, mid-term growth levers, and long-term strategic opportunities. Partner Ecosystem Leadership:
Build and manage relationships with key technology partners (e.g. Segment) to enhance our digital enablement capabilities and drive integrated value for clients. New Business Development:
Collaborate with executive leadership and business development teams to identify, scope, and close new engagements, positioning them as the go-to digital value creation partner for private equity and mid-market brands. Thought Leadership & Market Differentiation:
Contribute to market presence by leading insights, POV development, and go-to-market positioning on digital value creation within private equity and midmarket contexts. Head of Digital Value Creation
Qualifications:
Digital and strategy experience, ideally with a blend of agency, consulting, or operating experience. (Digital marketing a plus!) Experience partnering with private equity firms or working within PE-backed environments Proven track record of driving digital strategy and execution resulting in revenue growth and operational improvements. Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer experience optimization, and martech ecosystems. Strong ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and technology partners. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills. Experience building and/or managing high-performing teams. High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
