Pay:
$15.00 per hour with bonus opportunities. An additional $2.50 per hour for extra travel and short notice shifts is also available. Schedule:
We work with you to determine your availability, offering flexible shifts during the day, evening, overnight, and weekends, whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work. On-call shifts are also available without a fixed commitment. Caregiver Benefits: Join our Caregiver Retention Program and earn $300 after 60 days for full-time (28+ hours/week) or $150 for part-time (16-24 hours/week) service. Access to affordable health, dental, and vision insurance options. Flexible schedules for a great work-life balance. Opportunity for PRN shifts (“Gig Shifts”) where you can work on-demand. Retention bonuses and additional benefits available. Job Duties: Light housekeeping tasks. Companionship and emotional support. Personal care, including bathing and grooming. Assisting with mobility and ensuring safety. Providing care for clients with dementia. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred. Driver's License preferred; reliable and insured transportation required. Caregiving duties will take place in clients' homes, with some initial in-office training provided. Background checks and drug screening required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not mandatory.
