By integrating over 2,000 accredited labs in the U.S. and 400+ in Europe, Infinita offers unmatched access to over 20,000 types of tests across materials science, semiconductors, energy technology, and advanced manufacturing. Engineers today struggle with fragmented, slow, and incomplete access to testing — often relying on limited in-house tools, Google searches, or informal referrals. Infinita eliminates this friction entirely. Our solution is already used by thousands of organizations, including marquee Fortune 500 companies. Infinita Lab is the Uber of materials testing — a true Superlab that gives engineering teams seamless access to the full spectrum of materials tests. Only Infinita offers this: a built-in confidentiality layer that anonymizes client samples — something no direct lab relationship can provide. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to step in as Chief Executive Officer of a trusted, high-leverage business at a key inflection point. We’re seeking an
entrepreneurial, revenue-focused leader
with deep semiconductor industry experience to take a technically validated, high-demand solution and transform it into a category-defining company. This is a critical inflection point for the company: it has a solid foundation, strong customer base, and profitable core service. The CEO will be responsible for accelerating growth by architecting and leading a high-performing enterprise sales function, building strategic customer relationships, and introducing scalable sales infrastructure. This includes hiring top sales talent, establishing key metrics, and personally engaging with executive stakeholders at marquee accounts. This is an entrepreneurial role with an opportunity to
own up to 10% of the equity
of the company. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Leadership:
Diagnose current performance and lead a reinvigorated commercial strategy. Build and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams focused on pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion. Enterprise Go-to-Market Execution:
Refine ICP, clarify positioning, and ensure crisp execution across the entire funnel. Personally lead sales to strategic enterprise accounts, with an ability to speak the language of large-scale buyers in R&D, operations, and engineering. Strategic Customer Development:
Leverage industry relationships to accelerate market penetration and position the company as a strategic partner to top-tier customers. Service & Innovation:
Partner with solutions and engineering leaders to improve hiring efficiency, decision-making, and end-user outcomes. Global Team Leadership:
Lead a globally distributed workforce, with a significant portion of the company’s tech, product, and support teams based in India. Foster collaboration and execution across time zones. Operational Excellence:
Introduce the right operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability frameworks to support growth and visibility. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven success as CEO, CRO, or senior commercial leader in a growth-stage business or founder/operator with entrepreneurial grit and ownership mentality 10+ years experience with materials testing, semiconductors, or industrial R&D Deep enterprise sales background with a “hustler” mentality and demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to large companies Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and a bias for action Track record of building repeatable, scalable go-to-market engines and driving sustained revenue growth Skilled at leading globally distributed teams and managing offshore product/engineering groups, particularly in India Data-driven, outcome-oriented, and energized by challenge If you're ready to lead a proven technical business through its next phase of growth and help redefine how materials testing is done at scale — we’d love to talk.
