WesleyLife's Chief People and Culture Officer leads the organization's people and culture strategies to attract, develop, and retain mission-driven team members who deliver exceptional service across our health and well-being network. This executive role is responsible for fostering engagement, leadership development, and embedding WesleyLife’s values into every stage of the employee experience. The CPCO oversees Human Resources functions including employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition, training, HRIS, compliance, and policy development. They align organizational culture and workforce readiness with WesleyLife’s strategic goals and operational performance.

As a Chief People and Culture Officer, you will:
Develop and execute people and culture strategies aligned with WesleyLife’s mission and vision, collaborating with the Executive Team.
Lead HR functions: employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning, leadership development, recognition, compliance, analytics, and culture initiatives.
Create strategies to enhance team member experience from onboarding through retention, using data and feedback.
Assess workplace culture regularly through surveys and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Lead change initiatives, ensuring consistent culture activation across all levels.
Report on people and culture strategies to the Board of Directors and serve as their advocate for the employee experience.
Build external partnerships with schools and community organizations to support workforce development and talent acquisition.
Partner with leadership during community development, mergers, and planning to ensure workforce and cultural integration.
Implement comprehensive training programs, including clinical, hospitality, and leadership development, promoting compliance and growth.
Develop succession plans and career pathways to foster internal mobility and leadership readiness.
