Years of Experience Required: 10+ years in the field. Relevant recruiting experience, especially for marketing teams, is prioritized over formal education credentials. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 10+ years’ experience with Executive/Talent Search, including sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates at all career stages. Minimum 10+ years’ experience with Data-Driven Talent Strategy, including proficiency in analytics and talent intelligence tools to inform hiring decisions, forecast workforce needs, and measure recruiting effectiveness. 3-5 years’ experience with Office Tools (OneNote, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
