Asphalt Roller Operator
Operate with precision and purpose at Suncore as an Asphalt Roller Operator! Suncore is searching for an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team in delivering top-quality paving projects. In this role, you'll operate rollers safely, work closely with team members to meet compaction standards, and maintain equipment for peak performance. If you're safety-focused, skilled with asphalt mixes, and dedicated to quality, Suncore offers a supportive environment where your expertise is valued. Things You'll Do Operate the asphalt roller safely and efficiently. Work with screedman and paving foreman to complete a quality job and meet compaction requirements. Help team members with cleaning out the paver. Direct and teach laborers. Keep the roller greased, oiled, and perform minor repairs if needed using oilcans, grease gun or hand tools. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Experience rolling different types of asphalt mixes. Understand paving procedures. Attention and commitment to safety.
