Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Services Automation Developer to join our PS Operations team at our headquarters in Santa Clara, California. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing, maintaining, and supporting our PS Automation system, Clarizen, to boost productivity among system users. This position requires strong technical skills, the ability to develop and manage workflows, interfaces, and integrations, and the facilitation of seamless operations within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the configuration, workflows, and integration tools of our PS automation system. Collaborate with Business Analysts and PS Managers to gather requirements and enhance existing system features. Develop proactive tools based on an intricate understanding of user tasks and requirements. Generate reports and dashboards for management to monitor business operations efficiently. Enhance PS Automation interfaces with custom CSS, support API integrations, and document system changes.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Clarizen or similar PS Automation tools. Strong experience with API integrations (SOAP or REST). Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and CSS.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in software programming and working with PS automation systems.
