RESPONSIBILITIES:Work independently to safely and professionally complete tile installations and repairs as well as complete some home repair, maintenance and improvement projects within schedule and budgetOrganize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projectsWork with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safetyAccurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tabletsSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:An expert level knowledge of bath / shower tile installation and repair is requiredA good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical is a plusPossessing the tools needed to complete bath / shower tile installation and repair is requiredPossessing many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance and installation projects and understand how to safely/properly utilize them is a plusMechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skillsA strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders and handling toolsWork in attics and other limited-space areasReliable transportation Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all timesPass background screeningHouse Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both small and large jobs in the Little Rock area.
