Essential duties and responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across our car wash locations, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent-while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top talent Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate the hiring process Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings Attend and support virtual and in-person hiring events (weekend availability, typically Saturdays, required) Promote Express Wash Concepts to passive job seekers and represent our brand positively
Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or related field/education Knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable hiring laws Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems and tools Willingness to travel occasionally to car wash locations or regional events
