CNO Windows Developer
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CNO Windows Developer to support a critical cyber intelligence program in Northern, VA. The team is seeking a skilled developer with expertise in kernel-level development and reverse engineering to conduct Computer Network Exploitation and Computer Network Operations for a critical infrastructure in support of national security. Clearance: Top Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred Location: Herndon, VA; Arlington, VA; Cherry Hill, NJ This job opens for applications on 7/25/2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date. Responsibilities of the Windows Developer: Develop and maintain low-level Windows kernel components. Perform reverse engineering of Windows binaries to identify vulnerabilities and system behaviors. Conduct vulnerability research and report findings to mission stakeholders. Collaborate with cyber operators and analysts to support Computer Network Operations (CNO) and Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) efforts. Analyze and manipulate system internals to support advanced cyber capabilities. Qualifications of the Windows Developer: Active Top Secret with ISA access or higher 7+ years of software and infrastructure development experience Strong experience with Windows kernel development and internals. Programming using one of the following languages C++, C, Java Proficiency in reverse engineering tools (e.g., IDA Pro, Ghidra, WinDbg). Familiarity with CNO/CNE concepts and techniques. Deep understanding of Windows OS architecture, including drivers, memory management, and system calls. Ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in Windows environments.
