Job: Project Manager Migration from AX 2009 to D365 CE & F&O
Location: Chicago(Primary), Atlanta, Charlotte, NYC - 5 days week onsite in office.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage detailed project plans across CRM, ERP, data, and integration workstreams.
Oversee delivery of the migration from AX 2009 to D365 CE & F&O for B2B and B2C operations.
Coordinate the implementation of IPPD 365 framework powered by DevOps and GenAI.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead POD-based teams across D365 CE, F&O, Databricks, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment with Calandra End-State Architecture and Medallion Data Architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for internal and client stakeholders.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, reporting, and risk/issue resolution.
Technology & Integration Oversight
Manage integrations with platforms including:
Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid
Dual-write between D365 CE and F&O
Databricks bronze-silver-gold layers for Pet Registry and Microchip Registry
Oversee real-time data synchronization and automated workflows.
AI & Data Enablement
Support deployment of Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered customer interaction summaries and forecasting.
Enable Customer Insights for enriched pet owner profiling and proactive service planning.
Ensure curated insights are exposed via Microsoft Dataverse for decision support.
Required Skills & Experience:
812 years of project management experience in enterprise IT programs.
Proven experience with:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O (Sales, Service, Finance, SCM)
Azure and Databricks data platforms
Dual-write and real-time integration frameworks
DevOps and AI-enhanced delivery models
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C enterprise structures and legal entity management.
Experience managing large-scale data migrations and cross-platform integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with IPPD 365 or similar implementation frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Customer Insights, and Dataverse.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure.
Expected Outcomes:
Successful re-platforming of CRM and ERP systems from AX 2009 to D365
Seamless integration across enterprise platforms and real-time data flows
AI-powered customer insights and enhanced service planning
On-time delivery of Phase 1 with high stakeholder satisfaction
