Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Man Power Analyst in support of Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate. In this position you will provide guidance and support to other management analysts and executive support staff across the program. EPASS Program: (Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services) supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s ISR & SOF Directorate in equipping our warfighters with advanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and special operations capabilities. Candidates will help deliver responsive acquisition, sustainment, and modernization support for Air Force and allied missions worldwide. This is a full-time position located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH Responsibilities
Knowledge of military manpower management and its processes to analyze military personnel and the positions. Assess programmatic needs and devise solutions to military manpower challenges Able to discuss, evaluate, and analyze military personnel and positions for short-term and long-term military resource requirements within the organizational structures and programs. Able to multitask with Materiel Leaders, Commanders, functional home offices, Military Personnel Sections, AFMC and AFPC. Directorate POC and program manager for the Summer & Winter assignment cycles for requisition management and the vulnerable military list (VML) Keep official military records up to date using AF2096’s (personnel change form) and Initial Duty Assignment Worksheets (IDA) for PCAs and PCSs. Program manager for military Task Management Tool (TMT) suspenses coming from AFMC/AFLCMC/SAF & Functional Home offices Coordinate information and taskings between the Base Individual Mobilization Augmentee Coordinators to the Director of reservists in various locations in country Systems used to keep military records up to date officially: In house inprocessing database Easy Personal Info Compass (EPIC), AFMC Manpower databases Virtual Human Resource (VHR) & Center of Business Reporting & Analytics (COBRA), Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM), Assignment Management System (AMS), MyVector that houses the AF Talent Marketplace (TM) Qualifications

High School Diploma Years of Experience:
Minimum 20 years of administrativesupport experience to include: 8 supporting the DoD Experience in manpower documentation and making recommendations Experience with CHRIS, RMIS, and Civilian Defense Personnel Data System Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of experience, including 5 supporting the DoD, OR Master’s degree with 12 years of experience, including 5 supporting the DoD Additional Information
