$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Senior Human Resources Generalist – Chicago, IL (Logan Square) $80,000 - $90,000 Annually + Full benefits, 401K, PTO We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role will take ownership of employee relations, learning and development efforts, and the continued growth of our learning management system. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to help shape an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary resource for employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws Lead and manage employee learning and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and supporting career development Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, user management, and reporting Assist in designing and delivering training programs that support business objectives and foster employee growth Partner with leadership to support performance management, engagement strategies, and talent development Support HR policy development, updates, and implementation Assist with internal investigations and ensure appropriate documentation and resolution Collaborate with the HR team on HRIS processes, reporting, and overall process improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on employee relations and learning and development Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); ability to manage and optimize training content and reporting Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in
