Field Maintenance Technician
to support our six locations throughout the greater
Denver area . This is a hands-on role that involves maintaining all aspects of our high-end car wash and retail facilities, from mechanical and electrical systems to IT infrastructure and facility appearance.

While this role is physical and hands-on, teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are key to success. We’re seeking a technician with a well-rounded skill set—electrical experience is required, and familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits: · Total target starting compensation:
$70,000–$85,000 , based on experience ·
$3,000/year vehicle & mileage allowance , paid monthly (must have reliable transportation to commute to the various locations - all tools/supplies are provided) · Paid Time Off: Start accruing immediately ( 10 days
in the first year), Paid Annual Volunteer Day, plus paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Family Workplaces Act · Eligible for comprehensive

Ongoing training allowance of up to $5,000/year · Free Carwash Memberships & Gas Discounts · Uniforms Provided Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve issues with the team · Work efficiently and systematically to complete scheduled tasks · Install, operate, inspect, and repair car wash equipment · Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including landscaping · Support IT systems including computers, routers, and POS systems · Provide guidance to store managers and non-direct report maintenance staff Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: · Degree in a technical field
OR
minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related experience · Electrical experience is
required , including diagnostics, maintenance, and repair · Experience with 480V three-phase systems and motor control is
preferred (If not currently experienced with 480V systems, must complete training/certification within 12 months of hire) · Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record · Availability to a full-time schedule that will consist of 9-hour-shifts/45-hour weeks, which will include weekends and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas) · Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) · Able to meet professional appearance standards (e.g., large tattoos covered, neatly groomed facial hair) The ideal candidate traits: · Strong team player · Takes ownership and initiative · Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities · Excellent communication skills Physical Requirements:
Environment : Outdoor work in all weather conditions; exposure to noise, chemicals, machinery, and high-pressure equipment Physical : Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, climbing, and overhead work Sensory : Clear vision and hearing required to navigate and work safely around equipment Language : Must speak and understand English fluently for safety and operational communication Schedule : Must maintain reliable, punctual attendance and be available for an irregular schedule including weekends, overtime, and holidays EEO Statement:
