Multifamily Regional Property Manager "GURU"Multifamily Regional Property Manager "GURU" We are a new, fun, fully integrated real estate firm—developing, building, and managing high-quality multifamily communities. As a new ownership entity with an internal development/construction arm, we’re poised for dynamic growth and hands-on execution. Position Summary We seek a seasoned, results-driven Regional Property Manager to elevate operations across multiple multifamily assets in Texas. This is a ground-up opportunity for an energetic leader who: - Is hands-on and on-site 4 days/week - Leads with both warmth and accountability - Delivers first class leadership through operational excellence Key Responsibilities ·Lead & Mentor Team: Recruit, train, support, and hold on-site property managers accountable while encouraging a leader first attitude ·Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintenance excellence, and tenant satisfaction ·Budgeting & Financials: Create, track, and deliver on budgets; own P&L and NOI targets ·On-Site Leadership: Visit properties regularly to inspect conditions, coach teams, and roll up sleeves alongside staff ·Compliance & Risk: Enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and third‑party contracts ·Reporting & Analytics: Deliver monthly performance, leasing, and market analysis to ownership ·Portfolio Strategy: Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and recommend operational improvements Qualifications Required ·3+ years progressive multifamily experience—including regional/senior-level oversight ·Proven leadership of on-site teams ·Solid financial acumen & hands-on budget management ·Expert in RealPage / Onesite or other software ·Ability to work on-site 4 days/week; travel regionally and throughout Texas ·Excellent communicator: sets expectations clearly and supports team culture Preferred ·Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field ·Real Estate license and CPM/CAM/CAPS or similar certifications ·Experience in ground-up development, construction oversight, or renovation management Ideal Candidate ·A proactive, energetic leader who is both detail-oriented and relational ·Equally comfortable in spreadsheets and on-site walk-throughs ·Can drive performance, growth, and foster a positive team environment ·Someone always willing to think INSIDE the fun box!
